Ms In't Veld has over 30 years of career experience in mining, renewables and energy sectors and is currently a Director of Develop Global Ltd. She was formerly Deputy Chair of CSIRO (Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organisation) and a Director of NBN Co. Limited (National Broadband Network Co.), Northern Star Resources Limited, Perth Airport, DUET Group, Asciano Limited and Alcoa of Australia Limited. She was also the Managing Director of Verve Energy (2007-2012) and, previously, served in senior roles at Alcoa of Australia Limited, WMC Resources Ltd., Bond Corporation and BankWest Perth. She is Chair of Risk and Compliance Committee, and member of Sustainability Committee.

Mr Matthys has corporate experience having spent 36 years in the resources sector in corporate entities including senior executive roles as President of Worsley Alumina JV, Marketing Director at BHP Iron Ore, Alumina and Aluminium. He was previously Chair of gold producer Doray Minerals Limited, managing its merger with Silver Lake Resources. He is member of Risk and Compliance Committee and Chair of Sustainability Committee.

Ms Van Maanen has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, financial management, corporate governance and project development in the mining and resources industry. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Pantoro Gold Limited, Wildcat Resources Limited and Hot Chili Limited. She is also a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee.

Mr Bramwell has project, operations and corporate development expertise across precious and base metal companies spanning nearly three decades. He is also the Chair of the Gold Industry Group. His skills included Strategy, Executive Leadership, Technical, Project Development and Operational Management, Capital Markets and Finance, M&A and more.

Mr Davison has more than 46 years of mining experience. He was the Founding Managing Director of Australia's mining consultancy, Mining One Pty Ltd and now is an Executive Director on their board. He has an ability to stand back and logically examine mining fundamentals, then recommend and implement improvements and innovations to better the safety of employees and create value for shareholders. He is also a member of Risk and Compliance Committee and Technical Sub Committee.

Mr Kelly has 35 years of experience in exploration, operations management, mine planning, project evaluation, business development and project finance. Most recently he was employed by Resolute Mining Limited as Executive General Manager Strategy and Planning, following two years as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Resolute, he was a Director of Optimum Capital, an independent advisory house servicing junior and mid-tier miners. He is member of Risk and Compliance Committee, Sustainability Committee and Chair of Technical Sub Committee.

Ms Edwardes has experience and knowledge of WA's legal and regulatory framework relating to mining projects, environmental, native title, heritage, and land access. During her political career, she held positions including WA Attorney General, Minister for the Environment and Minister for Labour Relations. She currently serves as Chair of Pacific Energy and Port Hedland International Airport. Her skills include strategy, M&A and/or Corporate Development, Auditing and /or Financial, Risk Management, and more.

Mr Mullany has over 35 years in mining project management with international experience. Notably, with the Newmont Corporation and its predecessor Goldcorp Inc. on the Senior Leadership Team, he led numerous projects, collectively more than $18bn, during the engineering study, construction and execution stages. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Nexgen Energy Ltd, and more. He is also a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and Technical Sub Committee.
