Mr Atkins has been involved in the executive management and as a non-executive Chairman of numerous publicly listed resource companies with operations in Australia, USA, South East Asia and Africa, including as managing director of Claremont Petroleum NL and Beach Petroleum NL during their reconstruction phase, and as founder and executive chairman of Botswana gold company Gallery Gold Ltd. Michael has been non-executive Chairman of numerous ASX listed companies, including Westgold Resources and Azumah Resources.

Mr Plimer has been a director of numerous ASX, TSX and AIM-listed minerals, oil and gas companies, is a director of unlisted companies within the Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd group of companies and has worked in the exploration and mining industry. Mr Plimer is a director of Senex Holdings Pty Ltd and Senex Energy Pty Ltd. He is Emeritus Professor of earth sciences at The University of Melbourne having had Chairs at Melbourne, Munich, Newcastle and Adelaide.

Mr Donald left the armed forces in the early 70s to pursue a career in the North Sea oil and gas industry with Shell. Beginning his career on the drill floor Dennis was latterly instrumental in the introduction of new technology into the Brent Fields, including the first platform Coiled Tubing Drilling project.

Mr Johnston has more than 30 years experience in international and Australian natural resources, energy and infrastructure businesses. Mr Johnston has served as Chief Executive Officer of Squadron Energy and DBP Transmission which owned and operated the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline. He is a former Vice President Strategy, Portfolio & Planning with Shell Upstream International in the Hague. He spent 20 years with Shell working in Australia, the Netherlands, the USA, the UK and throughout Asia, involved with pipeline operations, offshore construction, LNG, energy pricing, M&A and business development. Mr Johnston is a director of Senex Holdings Pty Ltd and Senex Energy Pty Ltd.

Mr Veldsman is currently Chief Executive Officer (Operations) for the Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd group of companies. Mr Veldsman has resource industry experience spanning various commodities and different business operations in Australia and overseas. Previously, Mr Veldsman was Chief Executive Officer at Roy Hill and fundamental in driving that business growth. Over a long career as an executive and operations manager, he has overseen resource development and optimization, and large-scale supporting infrastructure operations.
