Mr. Howard was the founder and former chief executive of OzEmail Ltd, one of Australia's leading Internet Service Providers. Prior to that, he founded Australian Personal Computer, Australia's top selling computer magazine. He is a director of Odyssey Development Pty Ltd and Deckchair Publishing Pty Ltd. Mr. Howard is also Chair of WebCentral Pty Limited and the Youth Insearch Foundation.

Mr. Wran was Premier of New South Wales from 1976 until his resignation in 1986. Mr. Wran is currently Chairman of Wran Partners Pty Ltd, corporate advisers. Mr. Wran is a Life Governor of the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Chairman of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, Fellow of the Powerhouse Museum and a Foundation member of the Australian Republican Movement. He was Chairman of Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) between 1986 and 1991.

Ms Hughes Turnbull has extensive experience in commercial legal practice and investment banking. From 2003-2004 she was Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney and from 1999-2003 was Deputy Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney. Ms Hughes Turnbull sits on the board of Australian Technology Park Precinct Management Limited and Woolcock Institute of Medical Research Ltd.

Mr. Townsend is the Chief Executive Officer of the Group's FTR Pty Ltd operation. He has been actively involved in the audio and video court reporting field since 1984 and owned a large and successful electronic reporting and transcription services company in the southwest United States. In 1993, he co-founded the American Association of Electronic Reporters and Transcribers, and served as the association's vice president until 1995.

Mr. Goss was Premier of Queensland between 1989 and 1996. Prior to entering the Queensland Parliament in 1983, he practiced as a solicitor in Brisbane. Mr. Goss has been a consultant since 2000, working with Macquarie Bank, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and currently Deloitte. He is now Chairman of Deloitte Australia, having held a number of senior management roles with that organisation, including Managing Partner Queensland and a position on the National Management Committee. He is chairman of Ausenco Limited and a director of Ingeus Limited.

Ms van Onselen is a commercial litigation partner of Tottle Partners, Perth having previously worked with Sydney based law firm Atanaskovic Hartnell. Ms van Onselen sits on the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia and is a member of its Admissions and Registrations Committee and Legal Education Committee. She is a director of not for profit organisation RUCSM (Resource Unit for Children with Special Needs Inc) and has previously served as Councillor for the Western Australian Law Society from 1998 to 2000.

Mr. Spcier joined WebCentral Pty Limited in October 2000 as Chief Operating Officer. He become CEO of the company in August 2004. Prior to joining Webcentral, Mr. Spicer was General Manager of Suncorp Metway's wealth management division having earlier been head of group strategy through the merger of Suncorp, Metway and QIDC, a role encompassing strategy, marketing and investor relations. Previously he was a management consultant with McKinsey & company and Ernsy & Young.
