Mr Shrimski has financial services experience in both Australia and the U.S. Prior to Vanguard, he spent 11 years at GE across Australia, the U.S. and the Netherlands where, amongst other roles, he was a Finance Director within GE Capital Australia's consumer finance division.

Mr Jacques, prior to joining Vanguard Curt spent much of his career in risk roles including at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Macquarie Group. At Macquarie, Curt was responsible for leading a risk transformation program to enhance risk frameworks and systems across all lines of defence. During his time at PwC, Curt worked with asset managers and global banks to enhance their risk programs and frameworks.

Ms Petersen has over 20 years of Information Technology experience in roles held across the automotive industry. Before joining Vanguard, Kim was IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager at Jetstar Australia where she led the teams in charge of end user computing, service management, data centre and cloud, networks, and cyber security operations.

Mr. Dvorak joined Vanguard in December 2013 and during his tenure has served as the Chief Compliance Officer of the Vanguard Funds and The Vanguard Group, Inc., and has led Compliance teams responsible for regulatory oversight of workstreams including Vanguard's global investment management operations, Vanguard's Code of Ethics, political contributions, and lobbying activities.

Mr. Pesciarelli joined Vanguard in 2017 as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and later became the Chief of Staff to the then CEO, Mortimer J. Buckley. Before joining Vanguard, Nicolas worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Co., where he consulted for companies in sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Automotive, and Industrial.
