About Tabcorp Holdings Ltd

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (ASX: TAH) is a leading provider of wagering and gaming products and services in Australia. On 24 May 2022, Tabcorp demerged its Lotteries and Keno businesses into the separately listed Lottery Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLC).

Tabcorp conducts wagering activities under the TAB brand both online and physically in every Australian state and territory other than Western Australia, reaching 90% of the population through a network of retail venues. In addition, its MAX brand offers gaming solutions for venues, government, and industry.

Tabcorp also owns Sky Racing and Sky Sports Radio, which broadcast racing and sports programs across Australia and globally.
