She is currently Independent Chair of Future Energy Exports Cooperative Research Centre, a Non-Executive Director of Blue Ocean Monitoring, and a Non-Executive Director of the Clean Marine Fuel Institute. She also serves on, or chairs, Audit and Risk, ESG, Major Projects, and Remuneration Committees for several boards.

Ms Hoffmann has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including 12 years as a senior executive at Woodside Energy Ltd and roles at Chevron and Worley. Her experience covers a range of roles across the energy value chain, including Senior Vice President positions in marketing and trading across Woodside's portfolio of energy products. She has strong knowledge of the Western Australian domestic gas market and regional gas markets and led the development and implementation of renewable energy, environmental, and cultural heritage strategies at Woodside.

Peter Stokes has over 25 years of experience in the resources sector and has held executive roles in operations, strategy, and development. He has experience in operations, marketing, and geology, and has held senior positions including CEO of UK-listed mining services company Capital Limited and President of Global Logistics at Toll Holdings. He also worked in the resources division at Accenture for more than 10 years.
