About Sandfire Resources Ltd

Sandfire Resources Ltd is a copper-focused mineral exploration and development company. The company's operating segments include DeGrussa Copper operations, MATSA Copper Operations, Black Butte Copper Project, Motheo Copper Operations, andExploration and Other. It derives key revenue from the MATSA Copper Operations segment, which consists of the Minas de Aguas Tenidas (MATSA) polymetallic mining complex in Spain and exploration and evaluation activities in Spain and Portugal. The operations comprise three underground mines and a central processing facility. The mines generate revenue from the sale of copper, zinc, and lead concentrates containing a silver by-product. Geographically, the company generates maximum revenue from Spain, followed by China, Sweden, Malaysia, and other regions.

Ms Martin's 34 years at the global energy company Shell plc, she has operational, leadership and ESG experience, which is complemented by her non-executive roles. Sally has working knowledge of building and embedding corporate culture in high-risk and complex organizations. In this role, he helped establish the company's business structure, capital management approach, and financial strategy. He later became Chief Human Resources and Commercial Officer, responsible for global commodity marketing, procurement and human resources. Brendan also brings experience from his earlier career in Investment Banking where, as an Executive Director, he led the Macquarie Metals & Mining Research team during the China-led commodity cycle of the 2000s.
