About PEXA Group Ltd

PEXA Group Ltd (ASX: PXA) provides a digital conveyancing platform for real estate settlements in Australia. The company touts itself as offering world-first technology that facilitates near real-time tracking of settlements and faster clearance of funds.

PEXA derives its revenue by charging fees to conduct property transactions over its network. Its digital process is recognised in the industry as speeding settlements, reducing the risk of manual errors, and alleviating settlement delays.

Having achieved dominance in the Australian electronic conveyancing market, PEXA is establishing its network in the UK and looking to expand to other international markets.

Mr Cohen is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth in the mobile, telecom and software industries across Asia Pacific. Prior to PEXA, He was the Group Managing Director of Operations at multinational technology company Grab, leading business performance, operations, platform safety, market expansion and a team of 3000 across seven countries. He also played a pivotal role in that companys strategic growth throughout the region. Before joining Grab, he served as Board Director and Vice President of Business Development & Corporate Strategy at SoftBank C&S in Tokyo, a role he assumed after SoftBanks acquisition of Brightstar Corp. At Brightstar, he was Regional Managing Director for Asia, overseeing nine markets, and founded the companys Greater China operations in Hong Kong
