Mr Brinsden have 30 years of experience in surface and underground mining operations. He previously worked for WMC Resources, Normandy, Central Norseman Gold Corporation, GoldFields, Iluka Resources, Atlas Iron and Pilbara Minerals in various production, development, management, brownfields / green fields mine development, Executive and Board roles. Mr Brinsden joined Pilbara Minerals as Chief Executive Officer in January 2016 and was appointed Managing Director and CEO in May 2016.

Mr. Jennings has 30 years of experience working as a senior financial executive and corporate restructuring professional for both public and private companies in a range of industries. He is currently the CFO of Generation Mining Limited and former Director and/or senior officer of several public companies. He is Chair of the Risk Committee.

Mr Way is an experienced international executive with over 30 years management experience within the resources and construction industry throughout Australasia, Canada, the United States and Europe. Mr Way has experience in range of commodities including gold, copper, nickel, zinc, magnesium, graphite, cobalt and lithium. Mr Way was most recently CEO, President and Director of TSX-V listed Leading Edge Materials for over five years restarting the Swedish Woxna brownfield graphite operation in mid-2014. Prior to Leading Edge, Mr Way was CEO of Strike Graphite and CEO of Aguila American Gold. Prior to that he was VP Project Development for TSX listed Ventana Gold with projects in Colombia. Prior to Ventana he was Project Manager Non Ferrous Group with Hatch Associates (Brisbane) where he provided project management support for mining and metal related projects in Australia, South Africa, China, Papua New Guinea and South East Asia. Prior to that Mr Way was Project Director Major Projects for BHP Billiton (QNI Pty Ltd) in Townsville, Queensland.

Ms. Desrochers is a Certified Director (ASC, C.Dir.) and an ESG Strategy Consultant with experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory processes related to mining projects in Quebec and Canada. She previously served as an independent director for O3 Mining, a TSX-V gold exploration company recently acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines Limited. Ms. Desrochers also contributes as a member of the Mining Advisory Committee of the Autorites des marches financiers (AMF). She is member of risk committee.

Mr Boivin has 40 years of experience in business law, in the resources sector. He has practiced for almost 25 years at McCarthy Tetrault and is currently acting as Counsel, National leader of the Africa Group, Quebec Leader of the Global Metals and Mining Group and a member of the Strategic Advisory Group of the firm. Mr Boivin has served on profit and non-profit Boards of Directors over the years including currently Export Development Canada (EDC), Development Finance Institute Canada Inc. (FinDev Canada) and NSIA Participations (Ivory Coast) as a nominee of the National Bank of Canada. He is member of risk committee.

Mrs Cote is a mining executive with over 27 years of international experience spanning exploration, technical services, and operational leadership. She began her career at Noranda Inc. and held senior roles at Xstrata plc and Glencore International AG. In 2014, she was appointed Head of Zinc Mining Technical Services at Glencore. In 2019, she joined the board of directors of Kazzinc and in 2020, she joined the board of Trevali Mining Corporation, where she served as Chair of the Technical Committee.
