Ms Riley had a diverse career prior to joining the healthcare industry, with extensive experience in FMCG covering supply chain and operations, finance, and project management. She has strong financial and operational management skills gained from roles in both private and ASX listed companies.

Mr Collins was appointed CEO and Managing Director of CH2 Holdings in December 2015 when he and Peter Lacaze acquired 100% of the company. He has been with CH2 Holdings since 2005, initially as Chief Financial Officer, then as Managing Director from 2008 to 2014. In 2006, he became a minority shareholder. David also spent 14 months as Chief Financial Officer at Greencross Health Limited in Auckland. He brings extensive knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare wholesale and distribution sectors and has held senior finance and management roles in pharmaceutical wholesaling industries in both countries.

Mr Peter is a senior executive with more than 25 years of leadership, financial, and commercial experience. He was CEO of one of Australia's leading payment facilitators and has held multiple C-suite roles, including positions at the private equity business Journey Beyond, where he led all revenue functions such as sales, marketing, revenue management, and customer relations. Peter has a background in finance and economics, with formative years spent in corporate and statutory accounting. He is Chair of Risk Committe.
