Mr Gillam is member of Risk Committee and People and Safety Committee. He has commercial and leadership experience from a 20-year career with Wesfarmers where he held various senior leadership roles including chief executive officer of the Bunnings Group, Managing Director of CSBP and chair of Officeworks.

Ms McDonald is Chair of the People and Safety committee and member of Risk Committee. She has been a Senior Partner at Ashurst until 2014 where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and commercial law.

Ms Saint is Chair of Risk Committee and member of the sustainability and environment committee. She has financial and commercial experience from a global career, including more than 19 years with Bechtel Group where she served as chief audit executive and chief financial officer of the Mining and Metals Global Business Unit. Her expertise encompasses financial skills, corporate governance, enterprise risk, supply chain risk and project management.

Dr Jones is Chair of the innovation committee and member of the People and Safety committee. He has held chair and director roles in global agricultural business. His experience includes as Head of Business Development at Syngenta and former Chairman of Zeneca China, Arysta Life Science, and Plant Impact. He has leadership experience in operations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property in multiple jurisdictions including Asia, Latin America, Europe and the United States.

Ms Gartmann is member of Risk Committee and Chair of sustainability and enviroment committee. She brings over 25 years of industry experience in rural, agriculture and community focused organisations and is the former CEO of the Rural Bank, a division of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. Her executive career includes roles such as Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Executive Marketing, Partnerships and Corporate Affairs and CEO of Rural Bank and as CEO of the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal and The Birchip Cropping Group. She serves on boards across agriculture, education and the environment.

Mr Tripodi is member of people and safety committee and innovation committee. He has close to three decades of involvement in the agri-food sector with his experience spanning general management, research and development, corporate strategy and the commercialisation of plant biotechnologies targeted for consumers and farmers.

Mr Percy is member of the sustainability and environment committee and innovation committee. He is currently the inaugural executive director of the NC Plant Sciences Initiative at North Carolina State University. He has more than 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with previous roles as chief technology officer of UPL Ltd and head of research and development for the Crop Science Division of Bayer.
