Ms Snowden is member of Risk Committee. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and has been a non-executive director since 2010 in a range of industries. She has held previous non-executive director roles at Best and Less Group Holdings Ltd, Newmark Property REIT, MLC, Vita Group, Mercer Investments (Australia), Sandon Capital Investments, Our Ark Mutual and Kennards Self Storage. Prior to her non-executive career, she held investment banking roles with Grant Samuel, Merrill Lynch, and Goldman Sachs and was a solicitor in the corporate division of Herbert Smith Freehills.

Ms Hennessy is an ASX Non-Executive Director with over 30 years of expertise spanning executive and board roles across Technology, MedTech, and Consumer sectors. She has been a professional non-executive Director since 2015. Ms Hennessy currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Cleanspace Technology Limited and Adore Beauty Group Limited, where she is the Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee. She also serves on the board of the Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery.. Previously, Ms Hennessy was a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Nitro Software Limited. Prior to her Non-executive career Ms Hennessy held senior leadership positions in Business Development, M&A, and strategy, across a broad range of industries.

Mr Adelson has over 30 years of experience in technology and internet businesses globally. He cofounded Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) in 1998 and was responsible for the original and sustaining business model that grew it into one of the data centre companies in the world. Jay also was involved in the establishment and operation of the original Palo Alto Internet Exchange for Digital Equipment Corporation in 1996. In 2005, he founded the first internet television network, Revision3, which was acquired by Discovery Communications in 2012.

Ms Gordon has more than 20 years of experience as a senior global executive in business operations strategy and sales at technology companies including Cisco, Oracle, SAP, and Xerox. She is currently CEO and board member of MATRIXX, a 5G digital commerce company in Silicon Valley. She was with Oracle for 10 years and her last role was Group Vice President, Worldwide BSS/OSS applications sales, contributing growth in recurring revenue for Oracle's Communications Business Unit for Telcos and Enterprise. She is member of Risk Committee.

Mr Klayko has over 40 years of experience in the data storage, computer, technology and telecommunications industries. Additionally, he has held leadership and Executive positions at technology companies including Rhapsody Networks, McDATA Corporation, EMC Corporation, Hewlett Packard, and IBM. He brings an understanding of the technology and network solutions industry coupled with experience as a director of other publicly listed technology companies. He is an Operating Executive at Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm. Currently he serves as the Chairman of Star Compliance and Baxter Planning and is a board member of Process Unity and CE Broker. He is also a member of Risk Committee.

Mr Reid joined Megaport from Cisco, where he led the pure SaaS Network Visibility Business, ThousandEyes, as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, Michael led multiple Cisco acquisitions as World-Wide Head of Sales residing in California, USA. He previously led the Northern Region of Australia for Cisco, and prior to that, led Cisco Sales for Australia's Financial Services customers. He brings over 20 years of industry experience and expertise to Megaport.

Mr Dempsey has more than 35 years of experience in senior executive and finance roles advising global businesses across various sectors, including TMT, financial services, property, industrials, consumer, mining and infrastructure assets. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Alumina Ltd, Senior Adviser, Finance at ANZ Banking Group, and Head of Investment Banking (Australia and New Zealand) at JP Morgan. He is Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Lad brings experience in networking, systems and digital innovation. As co-founder and CEO of ThousandEyes, a cloud, SaaS and internet visibility platform, he guided the company through growth before its acquisition by Cisco in 2020. At Cisco, he served as Senior Vice President of Network Assurance, scaling ThousandEye's capabilities, integrating multiple acquisitions, and growing the business fivefold. Known for his technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership, he has also contributed to the tech community, serving on the Program Committee for NANOG a network operators platform.
