Mr Neiron has experience in asset management across a range of asset classes, his passion lies in designing investment solutions and is a pioneer of smart beta strategies in Australia. Prior to joining VanEck, Arian was a partner at boutique asset management advisory firm Sunstone Partners and was previously at Perpetual Investments, Credit Suisse and MLC.

Mr Brown heads finance, legal and regulatory affairs for VanEck's Australian and Asia Pacific businesses. Prior to joining VanEck, Michael held senior regulatory roles at Perpetual, MLC and BT as well as being a partner and CFO at boutique asset management advisory firm Sunstone Partners. Michael is known in the industry for the role he has played in tax reform going back over three decades.

Mr Eck has created smart beta, tactical allocation, emerging markets and commodity-related investment strategies. He has registrations with the National Futures Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Jan is also a Director of the National Committee on United States-China Relations.
