Mr Whittle spent 10 years with global advertising group M&C Saatchi in various local and international leadership roles, including three years as Managing Director in Australia. He has held several directorships and advisory roles for private, government, and not-for-profit organisations, and served as a non-executive director of MYER Holdings Limited.He is also member of Risk Management Committee.

Ms Slingsby has governance, strategic and operational transformational expertise developed over more than 20 years in executive, board and advisory roles. Her industry experiences spans retail, family offices, construction and property development, digital/technology, infrastructure and tourism. Andrea also brings expertise in both domestic and international growth and sustainable scaling of ASX-listed Australian businesses. She held executive positions at Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (ASX:FLT), including President/EGM of Flight Centre North America and Global Human Resources Manager. In addition, Andrea has been Chair of multiple Remuneration Committees with expertise in governance principles and ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making. Ms Slingsby is currently a Director of Prime Financial Group (ASX: PFG), Volunteering Gold Coast and an Investment Committee Member at construction company, McNab.

Ms Hill served as a director of Michael Hill's listed entity in New Zealand from 22 February 2007. She was Deputy Chair of the Group from 2011 to 2015 and Chair from 2015 to June 2021. Emma has over 30 years' experience within the Group, starting on the shop floor in Whangarei, New Zealand, and later holding management positions in Australia. She led the Group's expansion into Canada in 2002 as Retail General Manager. She is also member of People Development Committee.

Mr Smith has held director roles across a range of boards and tourism-related industry bodies. He is Chairman of Flight Centre Travel Group Ltd and a member of its Audit and Remuneration sub-committees. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also member of Risk Management Committee and People Development Committee.

Mr Fyfe served as CEO of Air New Zealand from 2005 to 2012. He has held general management and board roles across retail, banking, telecommunications, pay television, sport, manufacturing, and outdoor apparel in New Zealand, Australia, and Great Britain. He is also member of Risk Management Committee and People Development Committee.

Mr Batten started her professional career at law firm Russell McVeagh in contract, IP, and technology law before moving to New York and joining the founding team of Massive Incorporated, a network for advertising in video games which helped pioneer as a media buy. Massive Incorporated was sold to Microsoft in 2006, where Claudia spent three years scaling the in-game network. She is also member of People Development Committee.
