Ms Rahmani has over 20 years' experience in financial services with a focus on leading and growing asset management businesses within Australia and globally. Most recently, Sophia was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Maple Brown Abbott from October 2019 to March 2024, where she spearheaded the firm's growth in investment capabilities, offerings, services and distribution channels. Prior to this, Sophia was the Chief Operating Officer, Pan Asia, for Janus Henderson Investors based in Singapore, having previously been with Henderson Global Investors as Chief Operating Officer, Australia, from 2013 where she was a member of the team responsible for establishing and growing the business in Australia. Sophia also spent eight years with the Macquarie Group, principally in its asset management division, with experience across strategy, mergers and acquisitions, product and marketing. During this period, she spent time based in Sydney, New York and Philadelphia. Sophia started her career as a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons.

Ms Mosse has over twenty-eight years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in risk, governance, compliance, and operations. Prior to joining Magellan, Sam was Chief Risk Officer at Perpetual for nearly six years and spent over five years at Janus Henderson as Head of Risk and Compliance for Asia Pacific, including a year as acting Global Head of Enterprise Risk and two years as Head of Operations, Australia. Sam spent 17-years at Macquarie, holding various roles, including Global Head of Risk and Compliance for Macquarie Funds Group after commencing her career at KPMG.She is a member of the compliance committee.

Ms Driscoll worked at AllianceBernstein (AB) for nearly 25 years in New York, London and Sydney. Jen served as the Chief Executive Officer for AB Australia in Sydney from December 2013 to April 2024. Jen also oversaw members of the Asia ex Japan Institutional Client Group and partnered with the AxJ CEO on resourcing needs, financials, and talent retention and development of the AxJ Client Group. Prior to her appointment as CEO, Jen served as Co-Head of ABs Global Client Service & Business Operations team having joined AB in 1997 as a Client Relations Associate.
