Mr Vorster has managed various Resource Industry companies over the past 14 years and was formerly CEO of Hastings Technology Metals Ltd (rare earths), Managing Director of BCI Minerals (iron ore and salt projects), Managing Director of Iron Ore Holdings Ltd (iron ore), and CEO of API Management. Current and previous non-executive director roles include Arrow Minerals Ltd (iron ore), ChemX Materials Ltd (high purity alumina), and Volt Resources Ltd (graphite).

Mr Martin is a businessman and a company director with over 25 years of experience across a range of sectors including, mining and mining services, manufacturing and capital markets. Mr Martin has a insight into corporate strategy, capital operation, management integration and business structures and efficiencies. Recently Mr Martin owned, operated and sold mining services business, with offices in multiple jurisdictions globally. Mr Martin currently manages a family office in Western Australia, with a focus on investing and supporting emerging private and public businesses.

Mr Wei is a Chinese-born Australian entrepreneur with multiple investments in the property, mining, and finance sectors in Australia and other international markets. In 1994, he founded Top Pacific Group, which is today a diversified property group engaged in property development, construction, property financing, sales, and strata management.

Mr Komur has over 25 years in the global resources sector. He has held senior executive roles across mining, battery metals, LNG, and green industries. As Head of Commercialization at Fortescue, he led business planning, joint venture negotiations and commercial structuring for large-scale energy projects. At Northvolt, as Director of Project Delivery & Commissioning, he led the commissioning and startup of Europe's first battery gigafactory for cathode active materials, overseeing technical due diligence, optimizing feedstock selection, and securing regulatory approvals. With over a decade at BHP, Zac held leadership roles in both mining and processing. Mr Komur brings expertise and experience to the Board, with a record in project delivery, commissioning, start-up, mine development, mineral processing, remote project management, stakeholder engagement, and financing. He is the Chair of Project Delivery and Technical Committee.

Mr Lim has over 20 years international corporate finance experience and led the project/mining finance advisory team at KPMG Corporate Finance and held senior roles at ING Bank, HSBC Bank and Deloitte within their mining and resources industry sectors.
