Mr Wilson has a business background, mainly in corporate management and project engineering. This has included site management of remote construction projects and ten years of commercial construction as a founding proprietor of a Perth based company. Since 1995 he has held executive, non-executive, consulting and owner roles in resource focused companies. Mr Wilson has not held any other former public company directorships in the last three years.

Mr Walsh has over 30 years' experience in dealing with listed companies, ASX, ASIC and corporate transactions including 14 years with the ASX in Perth where he acted as ASX liaison with the JORC Committee, 4 years as Chairman of an ASX listed mining explorer and director of a London AIM listed mining explorer. Mr Walsh is also Company Secretary and a director of Atlas Iron Limited. Mr Walsh was Company Secretary and General Manager Corporate of ASX listed Independence Group NL, from July 2013 to October 2015. Prior to this he was Company Secretary of Atlas Iron Limited for 7 years. He is a member of Newman College school council and the board of the Women's & Infant's Research Foundation. Prior to his role at ASX, Mr Walsh worked with Ernst & Young for over 5 years in an audit and compliance capacity.

Ms Macdonald has 30 years of experience in private practice and industry in the UK and Australia, with particular focus on corporate and mining law. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1990, and to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1995. Ms Macdonald was Legend Mining's external legal adviser from 2005-2016, prior to her current, continuing role as Northern Star Resources Ltd's Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Ms Macdonald has been in many project and company acquisitions, divestments and capital raisings. Hilary also brings ASX listed company experience in leadership, safety culture, risk and governance, executive remuneration, people & culture, sustainability and stakeholder relationships. Ms Macdonald has not held any other former public company directorships in the last three years.
