IPH Ltd (ASX: IPH) provides intellectual property (IP) services. Its network of subsidiaries includes global IP brands AJ Park, Griffith Hack, Pizzeys, Smart & Biggar, and Spruson & Ferguson, as well as IP business Applied Marks.

IPH covers nine jurisdictions in 25 countries across Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and North America. IPH is now the largest IP services group in Asia-Pacific. Its services include patents filing, trademarks, prosecution, management, and enforcement.

The company generates a significant portion of its revenue from the Asia-Pacific market.

He was appointed as a Principal in 1999 and served as CEO from 2015 to 2017, during which time the firm expanded its footprints in both the Australian and Asian IP markets, opening new offices in Melbourne, Beijing, Hong Kong SAR, Jakarta, and Bangkok. Since Spruson & Ferguson's incorporation and the listing of IPH on the ASX in 2014, Andrew has overseen the expansion of the Group, which has grown through a series of strategic acquisitions and integrations.
