He also spent 18 years in the cement industry, including various chief executive roles with The Rugby Group plc. and a variety of managerial roles with Queensland Cement and its parent company Holcim.

Mr Reding is an business leader who has held operational leadership roles in the construction materials and building products sectors over the past 35 years, including 11 years at Fletcher Building. At Fletcher Building, he held the roles of Chief Executive of Building Products and Steel from 2001 to 2006 and Managing Director of Fletcher Wood Panels from 1997 to 2001. Subsequent to this, his management career includes senior executive roles with Rank Group Ltd, where he was President and CEO of Evergreen Packaging Inc. Mr Reding has also held several government industry advisory roles over the past decade as part of MBIEs Productivity Partnership initiative. Mr Reding has more recently been involved in seismic engineering, steel waste repurposing and clean tech start-ups, and is a long serving director and current Chair of the New Zealand Shareholders Association (NZSA).

Mr Dragicevich has held the role of Managing Director and CEO of Capral, Australias aluminium extrusion manufacturing and distribution business. Prior to this, he was Managing Director and CEO of Wattyl Group,. His other leadership roles have included Chief Executive of GWA Bathrooms and Kitchens (Caroma), Managing Director of Red Paper Group, and General Manager of Carter Holt Harvey Insulation.His early roles included finance and management positions at Ceramco and Carter Holt Harvey in New Zealand before moving to Australia to advance his career.

Barbara brings diverse trans-Tasman executive experience to the Board having served as CEO and managing director of ASB Bank for seven years and having held several senior executive roles responsible for marketing, communications, human resources, life insurance and retail banking in New Zealand and Australia.

Ms Dodds is Chair of Risk Committee and Member of the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee, Member of the Disclosure Committee. Sandra has a diverse industrial background with over 30 years of operational and financial experience as an executive leader in infrastructure businesses across New Zealand, Australia and Asia. Until recently Sandra led the infrastructure sector team at Broadspectrum.

Ms Coombes is in the building industry retail sector with a commercial, customer and operational focus. Jacquis management career includes several senior leadership roles with Bunnings which employs over 52,000 team members across more than 500 locations throughout New Zealand and Australia, including, most recently, as Director for Group Human Resources and New Zealand. Prior to that, Jacqui led Bunnings New Zealand for 10 years, across 53 locations with more than 4,000 team members Jacqui was also an Executive Director of Bunnings Group from 2017- 2021 and Bunnings NZ from 2011 - 2021. Prior to joining Bunnings, Jacqui was General Manager Operations for Spotlight Stores with overall responsibility for New Zealand, and for Retail operations in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Her other senior executive roles have been with a range of large New Zealand and international businesses including Noel Leeming, Bond and Bond, PixiFoto, Woolworths, Aldi and Texaco. Jacqui is a non-executive director of ASX-listed Guzman Y Gomez Limited, which operates over 220 restaurants in Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United States.
