Ms Young has 25 years experience in industry, 15 years on Boards and Committees. Ms Young began her career as a Mining Engineer in the mid 90s across both underground and open cut operations, feasibility studies and project evaluation before her career moved to include roles in Executive Search (mining sector), Lecturer at Curtins WA School of Mines (Mine Finance & Economics) and Business Development Director roles with both EY and PwC. Mr Coyle, is a mining executive with over 20 years in the resources sector, spanning gold, iron ore, manganese and lithium. He has held a number of operational leadership roles across both private and publicly listed companies. Most recently, Mr Coyle served as CEO and President of TSXV-listed Velox Energy Materials. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Pilbara Minerals, including General Manager - Operations. Mr Coyle currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Kali Metals Ltd.

Mr Clent brings over 30 years of exploration and executive leadership across orogenic gold, porphyry copper-gold, nickel sulphide, and base metals systems across the Asia-Pacific region. Warrick's experience across greenfield through to advanced projects directly supports Corazon's portfolio of WA gold projects. Warrick brings experience in project evaluation, due diligence, and corporate transactions, further strengthening Corazon as it pursues acquisition opportunities alongside exploration programs. Mr Clent's 30-year career spans senior exploration and executive leadership roles across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia, with exposure to orogenic gold, porphyry copper-gold, nickel-copper-PGE, and epithermal precious metals systems. Notably, Warrick served as Exploration Manager for Robust Resources Ltd, where he oversaw the reporting of a 1.18 Moz gold equivalent JORC resource1, and as Country and Exploration Manager for Geopacific Resources Ltd, playing a role at their 1.5 Moz Woodlark Gold Project in PNG2. Most recently, Warrick has served as Managing Director of Connected Minerals Ltd (ASX-listed), where he has led corporate strategy, ASX compliance, capital raising. Beyond his technical credentials, Warrick has an established track record of project evaluation and due diligence across multiple commodity systems and jurisdictions. He has conducted pre-investment assessments for financial institutions, evaluated project acquisition opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region, and presented divestment and acquisition strategies to boards and investor groups.
