Mr Antulov is a Partner at boutique Australian corporate advisory firm Jacanda Capital, where he provides advice to clients in the technology and media sectors on trade sales, acquisitions and equity growth capital raisings. Based in Sydney, he is a Director with experience in public, private and not for profit enterprises, primarily in the tech and media sectors. He has digital media expertise with strong capabilities in the implementation of technology oriented growth strategies, most recently in digital media, programmatic advertising and online marketplaces. His previous corporate experience has included senior executive roles with Fairfax, CocaCola and Booz & Co (now PwC Strategy&). His entrepreneurial activity includes co-founding a sports digital media business, co-founding a number of ecommerce and SaaS businesses and providing mentoring and Advisory Board guidance to numerous entrepreneurs and their ventures. Formerly he was the Director of Snakk Limited from January 2016 to October 2018.

Mr Wheeler has more than 30 years of Senior Executive Management, Directorships, and Corporate Advisory experience. He is a foundation Director and Partner of Pathways Corporate a boutique Corporate Advisory firm that undertakes assignments on behalf of family offices, private clients, and ASX listed companies. He has engaged in business projects in the USA, UK, Europe, NZ, China, Malaysia, Singapore and the Middle East. He has experience on public and private company boards, currently holding a number of Directorships and Advisory positions in Australian companies.

Mr Dhanik has worked with MySpace.com from 2003 to 2008 developing strategic marketing initiatives. He worked very closely with founders Chris DeWolfe and Tom Anderson and was responsible for launching the brand in its early days through a combination of on and offline campaigns. He also worked in business development at LowerMyBills.com until its acquisition by Experian. He was also an integral part of the development and launch of the consumer lending program at NexTag Corporation. He has worked for, or been a partner at, several other companies in business development, sales, and managerial positions, including Xoriant Corporation, Atesto Technologies, Brigade Solutions, Beyond.com/Cybersource Corporation and Merrill Corporation. He also advises a number of technology startups including Fighter, LottoGopher and Schizo Pictures and is an active mentor at Los Angeles-based startup accelerator Start Engine. He has always been a thought leader in the industry and he is regularly published in leading publications. He regularly contributes to discussions about industry standards and achieving positive change, sitting on IAB committees including the Anti-fraud Workgroup, Anti-malware Workgroup, Traffic of Good intent Task Force, Programmatic Counsel, Digital Video Committee, Mobile Advertising Committee and Performance Marketing Committee.

Mr Batista has 29 years of diversified capital markets experience as a principal investor, trader, and investment banker. In 2007, he founded Viriathus which is a boutique global financial services organization operating from Geneva, Miami, New York and Sydney that focuses primarily on merchant banking, financial advisory, and equity research. Prior to founding Viriathus Capital, he was a Managing Director at HPC Capital Management and was responsible for their New York private capital markets activities where he also established the firms Australia/ New Zealand cross-border practice, while also serving as the head of trading for HPCs affiliate fund - PEF Advisors. Previous to his work at HPC Capital, he was a Vice President of NASDAQ trading at SoundView Technology Group, a technology-focused research and trading boutique based in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. He also spent three years as a senior NASDAQ trader at JW Charles Securities and its successor JW Genesis Securities in Boca Raton Florida. Mr Batista began his professional career with Lehman Brothers in New York, initially as an analyst where he worked on numerous mergers & acquisitions and corporate financing activities, and subsequently began his trading career on Lehmans NASDAQ desk.
