Mr Starr is an experienced public company non-executive and executive director and Company Secretary. He has been involved in IPOs, M&A and acquisitions and debt and company restructures over the past 26 years. In the past three years Mr Starr has held executive and non-executive board positions on ASX listed companies. Mr Starr brings corporate governance and investor relations experience in ASX, TSX and NSX-listed companies to the Company's board.

Mr Vincent Lai has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance. Mr Lai is an executive director & CEO of Reliance Global Holdings Limited which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr Lai also worked in several Hong Kong and Singapore listed companies at the positions of chairman, CEO, executive director and independent non executive director.

Mr Pixley has 37 years of merchant banking experience in Australia and the Asian regions across a range of industries.

Mr Wong has over 20 years of experience in Hong Kong as a leading insolvency lawyer having served as legal adviser to numerous financial institutions and groups and has also provided legal advice in relation to cross-border takeovers and mergers, corporate finance, IPOs and foreign direct investment.

Mr Ng is currently an executive director of Sanvo Fine Chemicals Group Limited, a company listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKex: 301). Mr Ng has over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, auditing, investor relationships, fundraising, internal control and risk assessment, M&A, tax, and listing rules compliance. Mr Ng has been involved in a number of initial public offerings and merger & acquisition activities on stock exchanges. Mr Ng was trained at international CPA firms BDO and Grant Thornton and has held managerial positions in listed companies, including executive director, independent non-executive director, company secretary, CFO, and corporate adviser.
