Mr Simon serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Van Eck Associates Corporation, Van Eck Securities Corporation and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Corporation. Prior to joining VanEck, he worked as corporate associate at Sidley Austin LLP, Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Mr. Simon is a member of the New York State Bar.

Mr Neiron is responsible for the strategy and day-to-day operations of VanEck's Asian Pacific business. Prior to joining VanEck, Arian was a partner at boutique consulting firm Sunstone Partners in Asset and Wealth Management. Previously Arian worked for Perpetual as Senior Portfolio Specialist; Head of Product Development for Protected Investments; and Senior Product Manager for Platforms and Wholesale Funds. Arian has also held positions at Credit Suisse and MLC.

Mr Brown possesses over 30 years of experience in financial services. Michael is responsible for corporate finance in VanEck's Australian business and for the operations of the Australian funds. He has more than 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining VanEck, Michael was Executive Director at boutique consulting firm, Sunstone Partners in finance and regulatory matters for the Wealth Management Industry.

Mr Eck developed a variety of international, emerging markets, and commodity-related investment strategies in mutual fund, ETF, and alternative investment formats. Previously he established a fund management joint venture between VanEck and Shenyin Wanguo Securities, one of the securities firms in China. He is Director, National committee on United States-China relations since 2011.

Mr Smith is a director of various VanEck related entities including Van Eck Associates Corporation, Van Eck Securities Corporation, Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Corporation and VanEck Asset Management B.V. He also Served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of Van Eck Associates Corporation, Van Eck Securities Corporation and Van Eck Absolute Return Advisers Corporation until July 2018.
