Mr Fisher has 30 years experience in the consumer goods industry in general management and Board positions. He currently serves as the non-executive Chair of two ASX listed companies . The Reject Shop Limited (since 2019) and Laybuy Group Ltd (since 2021). Mr Fisher is also the former Chairman of Breville Group Limited (between 2013 - 2021) following a decade-long Directorship at the same Company (2004 - 2013). Mr Fisher was also the former Managing Director of the Voyager Group

He has operated across a number of industry sectors and international markets, including the Americas and the UK over the past 25 years. He has held senior roles at PwC, NAB, AMP Capital and KPMG through his professional career.

Ms. Ronson has 25 years experience across several iconic Australian and global brands. Most recently, Ms Ronson worked as CMO for Coles Group. Prior to that, CMO for Tourism Australia. Additional employers include Westpac Group, CUB, David Jones and Visa International. She is a fellow, patron and active member of the Australian Marketing Institute, is an Australian Association of National Advertisers Board Director and was previously a Director of Flybuys (Loyalty Pacific). She is also an Adjunct Professor of Deakin University and Chair of the People & Culture Committee.

Mr Keeve has more than fifteen years experience in senior management roles, with his most recent role being Coles Limited where he was Chief Sustainability, Property and Export Officer. He has also completed the Senior Executive Program from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business
