He then held Managing Director position of the Langer Heinrich Uranium Project in Namibia from the commencement of construction in February 2006 through to design level production. From September 2009 to May 2011, he was Executive GM Operations at Paladin with direct operational responsibility for its Langer Heinrich and Kayelekera uranium projects.
