Bannerman Energy Ltd is an operator of a uranium exploration company intended to be the next generation of uranium suppliers. Brandon served as Co-Chair of the World Nuclear Association's Nuclear Fuel Demand working group for four years and was an expert contributor on uranium to the UN Economic Commission for Europe. Brandon's voluntary service has included board roles in the conservation, arts, and education sectors. He is a Member of the Product Offtake Committee.

Mr McFadzean has over 40 years of mining and process experience in Gold, Copper, Iron Ore, Diamonds, Nickel, Cobalt; Mineral Sands, Rare Earths and Mining Services. Bruce's executive management roles included 15 years as CEO of companies constructing and operating mines in Australia and Africa.
