The All Ordinaries Index (ASX: XAO) started the day poorly and bottomed soon after the open. It has since reclaimed some territory and is now trading 0.14% in the red at 7,589 points on last check.

Amidst the weakness, these 3 All Ordinaries shares are behind the pack today and kneeled to their 52-week lows during the session.

Kogan.com Ltd (ASX: KGN)

Shares in e-commerce company Kogan, bottomed directly from the open today and posted a new 52-week low at $7.71. Kogan has since levelled back up above the All Ord's and is now trading 3% in the green at $8.26.

Investors have responded poorly to Kogan's trading update last week, where the market was expecting more out of the company.

Its adjusted EBITDA was down 61% this year to date, translating to just $1.8 million in growth over the prior year. This occurred as operating expenses increased by 9% in the first quarter to $15 million.

Shareholders also voted down Kogan's board remuneration report at its annual general meeting (AGM). Luckily for the board, shareholders opted to retain its structure and voted against spilling over.

Kogan shareholders have been swimming in a sea of red this year. Shares are well down off a high of $21.67 back in January and have given away another 17% in the past month.

Beston Global Food Company Ltd (ASX: BFC)

The Beston Global share price started well today, before collapsing, re-attempting to take off, and then falling to its intraday lows. At the time of writing, shares in the dairy and meat distributor are trading down 1.3% at 7.4 cents apiece.

Beston updated the market on its business activity last week, outlining several investment highlights. In it, the company says it wants to increase milk supply by FY23 to drive growth in base earnings and maximise capacity utilisation, targeting 170–180 million litres per annum.

However, it also explained that prices realised for uncontracted mozzarella have been slightly below expectations due to COVID-19 lockdowns, whereas sales growth in its meat division has "lagged internal targets".

The company also estimates a 6% growth in milk sales for FY22 and anticipates a 350% increase in lactoferrin production. Amid other estimates, this calls for group sales growth of 54% year on year.

However, the company also didn't provide any specific profit or EBITDA guidance, instead stating the change is expected to be "large", next to a green arrow.

Investors have punished Beston Global these past 3 months, with shares coming down in sawtooth-like fashion from a high of 9.3 cents back in September.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd (ASX: BEN)

Shares in the Australian bank were rangebound from the open and hit a 52-week low of $8.43 early in the session. They have since recovered somewhat and are inching higher at $8.62 apiece on last check.

Investors are showing a mixed reaction to Bendigo's "digital transformation roadmap" presentation released last Friday.

In the report, Bendigo covered several 'digital initiatives' it has already completed in FY20/21, alongside what's in store for FY22/23.

For example, it now accepts digital the full uploading of documents, and has partnered with Tyro Payments thereby reducing merchant systems by 85%.

Looking beyond FY21, it wants to launch its new product and pricing engine, whereas in FY24, Bendigo wants its Rural Bank and Adelaide Bank integration completed.

Jefferies jumped in and re-rated Bendigo Bank to a buy with a $10 price target following the news, however, investors aren't enticed just yet. Aside from that, both Citi and JP Morgan are neutral on Bendigo Bank's share price at the moment.

In the past 12 months, the Bendigo Bank share price has slipped over 5% in the red after posting a loss of 7.5% this year to date.

Wilson Asset Management is a popular provider of ASX-listed investment companies in Australia.

WAM Capital Limited (ASX: WAM) was its original product, then came others like WAM Leaders Ltd (ASX: WLE) and WAM Research Limited (ASX: WAX).

Unlike much of the sector, shares for Wilson's funds are often trading at a premium to the net tangible asset (NTA) value.

So when its fund managers speak, investors listen.

In a Wilson video last week, four of its analysts sat together for a quick-fire session where they had to call buy, sell or hold for a whole bunch of ASX shares.

Here are the 6 of the stocks they declared as "buy":

MA Financial Group Ltd (ASX: MAF)

The financial company formerly known as Moelis is a "strong buy" for equity analyst Sam Koch.

"The next Macquarie Bank!" he said.

"They can grow earnings in three ways: funds management, corporate advisory business and the new lending business… The market's not really appreciating the earnings growth in that new lending side of things."

MA Financial shares are up 21% this year, closing Tuesday at $5.57.

"They've upgraded guidance already this year, and we see further tailwinds for that business."

Sealink Travel Group Ltd (ASX: SLK)

Equity analyst Shaun Weick said his team was bullish on Sealink.

"The pent-up demand, we think, in the tourism industry is significant… Their Transit Systems bus business, as well, has proved to be a great acquisition."

Sealink shares are already up 39.7% this year, to close Tuesday at $9.43.

"We think the catalyst from here is really concentrated around additional contract wins — so that one's a 'buy' for us."

Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Ltd (ASX: GMA)

According to Weick, Genworth is the biggest player in the lenders' mortgage insurance market in Australia.

"It's a buy. It's experiencing very strong tailwinds as a result of the growth in the housing market," he said.

"It provides strong leverage to rebounding interest rates for earnings."

Shares of Genworth are up 13.7% year-to-date, trading at $2.82 when the market closed Tuesday.

Weick said the company was in a similar position to the big banks, with excess capital built up during the COVID-19 crisis last year.

"You're going to see significant capital reserve releases."

Boral Limited (ASX: BLD)

Equity analyst Anna Milne rated the construction materials business as a buy.

"Management is highly incentivised to pull off the transformation program that is ongoing," she said.

"There is a buyback in place and a lot of catalysts on the horizon in terms of divestments."

Boral stocks have risen more than 36% this year and closed at $6.79 on Tuesday. They were as low as $3.01 in the depths of the COVID-19 market crash in March last year.

Dusk Group Ltd (ASX: DSK)

Koch rated the candle and diffuser retailer as a "strong buy".

"We really like it here because we see multi years of earnings growth ahead of it."

Dusk only listed on the ASX in November, and since then has seen its share price shoot up more than 111%. The stock closed Tuesday at $3.64.

"They're a hit too with grandmas," said Weick.

Beston Global Food Company Ltd (ASX: BFC)

Beston stocks have gone nowhere in recent years. They closed at 12 cents on Tuesday, which is the same level as it was back in early 2019.

"A bit of a controversial one. But this is a multi-year turnaround strategy, which is coming to fruition now," said Weick.

"We think the business is really well-positioned to benefit from the lactoferrin strategy, which we think medium-term can drive significant earnings upside."

The Beston Global Food Company Ltd (ASX: BFC) share price is flying higher today after the company announced the sale of its dairy farms in Mount Gambier.

As its name suggests, Beston Global is in the business of food. The company aims to provide natural and verifiably safe food and beverages to global markets.

To achieve this, it owns the raw materials, utilises technology in the production process, and controls distribution.

Beston Global's range of products focuses on the food groups of dairy and meat.

Why is the Beston Global share price rocketing?

This morning, Beston announced it has signed an agreement to sell its dairy farms in Mount Gambier to Aurora Dairies for $40.4 million cash.

Under the terms of the agreement, Beston will receive all milk from the farms, which is currently around 17 million litres per annum, over a 10-year period. It also has the option to extend this period.

The sale process for the farms was conducted through an international open tender process which commenced at the beginning of this year.

Beston highlighted that the proposed transaction achieves its strategic objective of releasing capital for re-investment in higher returning dairy factory assets, while securing long-term milk supply from the farms.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to reduce balance sheet gearing to around 10% and fund the company's mozzarella and lactoferrin production expansion.

The transaction is subject to approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board and other usual conditions. Subject to the relevant approvals and conditions being satisfied, Beston expects to complete the transaction by 30 September 2020.

Management commentary

In today's announcement, chief executive Jonathan Hicks noted that the demand for the company's mozzarella products has been steadily increasing. This is despite the closure of restaurants and other food service outlets during the COVID-19 lockdown period.

And in regard to the update, Mr Hicks said:

"The sale of the farms, the securing of milk supply and the positioning of the business to focus on Beston's strategic growth initiatives comes at a good time for the business as we work through the other side of the restrictions brought on by COVID-19."

At the time of writing, the Beston Global share price has rocketed 40% higher to 7.7 cents. This takes the company's current market capitalisation to around $36 million.
