About Amotiv Ltd

GUD Holdings Ltd. engages in the manufacture, distribution and sale of automotive products, pumps, pool and spa systems, and water pressure systems. It operates through the Automotive and Davey segments. The Automotive segment provides automotive and heavy-duty filters for cars, trucks, agricultural and mining equipment, fuel pumps and associated products for the automotive after-market. The Davey segment offers pumps and pressure systems for household and farm water, water transfer pumps, swimming pool products, spa bath controllers, pumps and water purification equipment. The company was founded on April 18, 1958 and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
