Mr Davies was the former CEO of Senex Energy and Chair of Australian Energy Producers.

Ms Larkins has over 30 years combined experience as a non-executive director and in financial executive roles. Ms Larkins presently acts as Non-Executive Chair and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Bennelong Funds Management Limited and Non-Executive Director at Wal Mart de Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V (WALMEX.MX). Her previous public company executive roles included Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ASX Limited, where she managed finance, investor relations and ESG functions, as well as CFO of Perpetual Limited, Westpac Institutional Bank and Citi (Aus & NZ).

Mr Bednall is an experienced corporate lawyer and law firm manager. He is a partner of King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), where he is in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate governance, representing public company and government clients. Mr Bednall has advised clients in the oil and gas and energy sectors throughout his career. Mr Bednall was the Chairman of the Australian partnership of KWM from January 2010 to December 2012, during which time the merger of King & Wood and Mallesons Stephen Jaques was negotiated and implemented. He was also Managing Partner of M&A and Tax for KWM Australia from 2013 to 2014, and Managing Partner of KWM Europe and Middle East from 2016 to 2017. He was General Counsel of Southcorp Limited (which became the core of Treasury Wine Estates Limited) from 2000 to 2001. Mr Bednall is a board member of the National Portrait Gallery Foundation (since 2018) and a non-executive director of Perpetual Equity Investment Company Limited since May 2025. Mr Bednall was formerly a non-executive director for Pooling Limited (2017 - 2025). Mr Bednall is a member of the Governance Committee and Chairman of the People Committee.

Ms Norman has worked and studied in Australia and the UK and brings 30 years of industry experience in the energy markets. She began her career with Shell International Exploration & Production as a Process Engineer in operations and then as a Commercial Advisor in The Hague, Aberdeen and London. Subsequently, in London, Jane held corporate finance and equity capital markets roles with Cazenove & Co (now JP Morgan Cazenove) and Goldman Sachs. Jane returned to Australia to join Santos where she held senior commercial, corporate strategy and Executive Committee roles. She led strategic initiatives at Santos and played a role in Santos' growth strategy, in the merger with Oil Search. During her time at Santos Jane helped drive the transformation of company performance, helping to establish the growth strategy focused on cash generation and shareholder returns and, more recently, the company's energy transition strategy.

Mr Tudor brings 40 years of domestic and international experience in the oil, and gas and electricity industry. Frank has understanding of organisational governance and demonstrated ability to manage political, public, stakeholder and media engagement processes. Mr Tudor's previous experience includes Managing Director roles at Jemena and Horizon Power, General Manager at Woodside Energy, and roles at BP. He is member of the Australia-China Council (ACC) and has performed committee roles as Chairman and Vice Chairman of Chamber of Commerce, Energy and Resources Forum and National Chairman of the Australia China Business Council (ACBC). Mr Tudor has formerly held roles as National Chair of Energy Networks Australia (2022 - 2023), Chairman of Zinfra (2018 - 2023), member and Deputy Chairman of ActewAGL (2018 - 2023) and National Chair of the Energy Charter (2021 - 2022). Mr Tudor is a member of the People Committee and the Risk & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Gray has a public policy, and political background. Gary is a former Executive Director of the WA Institute of Medical Research. Gary brings industry and commercial experience through private sector positions. Mr Gray's previous experience includes Australia's Ambassador to Ireland, director of the Australian Submarine Corporation, director of the Perth Astronomical Observatory, director of Corporate Affairs at Woodside Energy, General Manager of External Affairs at Mineral Resources Ltd, and as a Trustee of Australia's charity; Telethon. Gary served as Federal Parliamentary Member for Brand, as Federal Minister for Resources, Energy, Small Business and Tourism, and separately as Federal Minister for the Public Service and Federal Integrity Agencies. Mr Gray is a member of the Independent Parliamentary Expenses Authority (since 2016). Mr Gray is a member of the People Committee, the Governance Committee and the Risk & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Ridolfi brings 35 years experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, spanning technical, operational, and corporate leadership roles. With more than three decades at BHP Petroleum and later as Executive Vice President, Projects at Woodside Energy. He has overseen global developments, including work on Mexicos first deepwater project, Trion, and delivery of the Sangomar project, enabling Senegals inaugural offshore oil production. In Australia, he held executive oversight for the Scarborough Energy Project and previously served as Project Director for the Minerva Gas Plant-now Amplitude Energys Athena Gas Plant- and lead BHPs interests in the Gippsland Basin.
