Mr Connelly is an internationally experienced financial and commercial executive, with resource industry experience where he held positions of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. He has experience with several multinational companies across many jurisdictions including Australia, North America, South America, Africa and Europe. Mr Connelly has a record for deal making and was principally responsible for the merger of Papillon Resources and B2 Gold Corp in October 2014 (transaction value USD$570M. Mr Connelly is currently executive Chair of Antares Metals Limited and non-executive Chair of Stellar Resources Limited, Tesoro Gold Limited, Emmerson Resources Limited and Warriedar Resources Limited.

Mr Varcoe has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. He has operational and managerial experience across several commodities including gold, iron ore, copper, diamonds, coal, uranium and rare earths. Mr Varcoe is experienced in board positions and operations management as well as project management and consulting.

Mr Stern's career was in corporate advisory, spending six years with Macquarie Bank and three years with both UBS and Deutsche Bank. In 2000, Mr Stern established Metropolis Pty Ltd, a corporate advisory firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raises and proxy contests.

Mr Osborne has over 35 years of experience in exploration, mining and project development, and executive leadership. Mr Osborne has also previously held senior positions on the exploration executive team of Gold Fields Ltd, for the discovery and development of several multi-million-ounce gold deposits in Australia (St Ives and Agnew gold mines), West Africa, South America, and Scandinavia.

Mr Ducler has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. For the past 19 years, Mr Ducler has been in senior operational management roles with Gold Fields, BHP, Fortescue Metals, Mineral Resources and Roy Hill.
