Mr Williams was formerly Chief Geophysicist and Manager of Geoscience Technology for WMC Resources. He was one of the founding members of Independence Group Limited and developed 3 component 3D TEM applications that led to the discovery of over 75,000t of nickel at the Victor Long Nickel Mine in Kambalda. Mr Williams has experience in West Africa where he was the vendor of Gryphon Minerals Banfora Gold Project, was involved in the project generation of Papillion's Mali projects and was a founding director of Ampella Mining Ltd.

Mr Cranston has a background in corporate and mining law. He is the principal of corporate advisory and administration firm Konkera Corporate and has extensive experience in the areas of equity capital markets, corporate finance, structuring, asset acquisition, corporate governance and external stakeholder relations.

Mr Kumova has 16 years of experience in stockbroking, corporate finance and corporate restructuring, and has specialised in initial public offerings and capital requirements of mining focused companies. He has raised more than $500m for mining ventures, varying from inception stage through to construction and development. Mr Kumova was a founding shareholder of Syrah Resources in 2010 and served as an Executive Director from May 2013 to October 2016, and as Managing Director from October 2014 to October 2016.

Mr O'Hara has experience in corporate finance, accounting and governance and has been employed by, and acted as, non-executive director, company secretary and CFO of several companies in the resources sector. Prior to these roles, Mr O'Hara spent 12 years at an international public practice firm in the Corporate Finance, Advisory and Audit divisions in Melbourne and Perth gaining experience with ASX, TSX and AIM listed clients across a diverse range of industries.
